We’re making a CD!

Marisa and I are excited to announce that the richly relaxing practices—born out of the Breathe New Life Into Your Life annual yoga and meditation retreat we host each year in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico—will soon be available as a CD and a downloadable MP3!

Thanks to the brilliant work of our producer, Howard Wulkan of The Lab, we are nearing the completion of an idea that’s been fomenting for the last two years, to share the discovery and repose this retreat is now known for with people who aren’t able to join us live in January.
