Breathe New Life CD Release Celebration Practice

Join us at Yoga Del Sol on November 15 from 4:00-6:00pm for a free hour-long premier class co-taught by Marisa and Halli and celebrate with us on releasing our first professional audio practice CD!

Two years ago, Marisa Wolfe (my business partner in Santosha Yoga & Meditation Retreats), and I began dreaming about recording a practice CD based on our lush and relaxing annual retreat, Breathe New Life Into Your Life, that we offer each January in Truth or Consequences, NM. We had no idea what we were in for! Unforeseen delays, perfectionism (on my part at least), and more than anything finding ourselves in entirely uncharted territory. As with many challenging processes, we are wiser for it and are exceedingly proud of what we’ve accomplished. This practice album will guide you into a deeply restorative sequence of yoga, breath, meditation and rest to reset amidst your busy life, highlighting what Marisa and I excel at teaching. This audio practice will be available on November 15 as an MP3 download and also as a CD.
